And this means a successful claim in a nutshell if you can prove with photographic evidence that your goods were in:
- perfect condition
- packed correctly
- stored at the correct temperature
So never leave anything to chance, what seems like could be an uphill struggle will be so much easier if you took 5 minutes to gather pre-shipment evidence!
