It is always such a pleasure to visit London with all it’s incredible history. So many different commodities have been shipped up and down the Thames over decades with the docks themselves officially opening in 1805.
Annually the Port of London handles around 47, 359,000 tonnes of cargo and it is one of the oldest and most famous ports in Europe being hugely important for the national and international markets ever since the Roman Empire, supporting Britain’s massively successful history of Maritime Trade.
Talking of trade, Commodity Trading Week 26/27 April at the Hilton Tower Bridge, London & Online has begun!
There will be over 500 attendees in-person and 5000+ online, it’s going to be the biggest gathering of commodity trading professionals this year.
